Here, you are embraced by Spirit into the ceremonial realm of the heart. And while you can read what I've written about this offering, there is also a transmission of energy being offered here, one that is not expressed through words; this, I invite you to tune into.
When we enter into the space of energy healing, we enter into an altered state of consciousness. We enter into a space where the veil between the spiritual world (the otherworld, the unseen) and the physical world becomes thin.
We are immersed in a transmission of life force energy, which is the substance of what we all are as living beings. Energy healing, Reiki, all forms of energetic medicine – bring us into communion with the spirit of life, which inevitably, deeply supports our healing.
This beautiful healing space you see in the photo is the home to my healing practice in San Diego, California. This space feels like being inside of a forest, or inside of the womb. It holds the energy of Mother Earth.
For those who see me in person, this is the space that will be holding your journey. And for those who work with me virtually, you will be held energetically by this same heart of the divine mother.

Life force energy animates everything that is alive. The trees, the waters, the flowers, the plants, the soil, the mycelium, the fish, the mammals, our bodies – they all hum with this chi, this prana, this ki. This unseen energy is the vital force of all life.
Energy healing is a gift from Spirit that allows us to restore this flow of vital force within us. It is a gift that holds space, both deeply and gently, for our healing, for our evolution, and for our remembering.
THE ESSENCE OF THIS ENERGY HEALING OFFERING:
As a Reiki Master Teacher and Ceremonial Energy Healer, I hold space with what we can call energy medicine – which encompasses the fluidity of energy healing as a practice. I call my sessions energy healing sessions rather than Reiki sessions, solely because my practice as an energy healer has been cultivated through other mediums of energy healing in addition to Reiki. I work deeply with the Earth, the divine Mother, and the elements. I encompass movement, sound, and the use of sacred tools, like feathers and herbs, to support an energy healing that is held in the art of ceremony.
ENERGY HEALING: WHAT IS POSSIBLE?
Energy healing naturally brings our bodies into a parasympathetic nervous system state, known as the rest and digest state, which allows our body to move into its restorative, healing capacity. Our energy system, our chakras and our meridians, becomes blocked, excessive or deficient when we are housing undigested emotion, energy, and trauma within our system. I have been sharing the work of energy healing for many years now and I have witnessed, many times, its profound capabilities. Because receiving energy healing naturally brings our nervous system into a restorative state, we create the conditions for the body to heal itself, for undigested emotions and energies to be processed, and for a deeper connection to Spirit to be felt. Healing happens naturally as we receive the energy of life and Nature.​

The force of life is, by nature, creative, and while I have held thousands of energy healing sessions at this point, I am still surprised and open to the unique ways that energy can flow in every session.
This work, like all healing, takes time. To experience the depth of what energy healing can offer you, it is best to enter into this journey as a journey, and not as a single stop. When we receive energy healing over time, we can experience a wildly meaningful, rich, and holistic experience of healing that honors our body's pace. Energy healing helps us come alive again, serving as a bridge to connect us back to this intelligent source of our life, which undeniably is our greatest healer and greatest teacher.
