I’m Sarah with The Heart Healing Sanctuary. I offer a trauma-trained, body-led approach to transformation – weaving together somatics, Reiki, and mentorship.

 

My work centers women, healers, and deep feelers who are ready to show up in the world from a place of embodied worth and expansive self expression. My work offers a doorway into the feminine wisdom path and is devoted to women as they return to the altar of their bodies.
