Meet Sarah Catherine Kelly

Energy Healer,  Embodiment Coach, Nervous System Educator

Hello, precious one. I'm Sarah – the soul behind Straight to the Heart. I wear many hats in my work, including visionary, writer, speaker, and medicine woman.  I am here in this life to act as a bridge – guiding others home to the holy realms of body, heart, and soul. I work with individuals and groups in the realms of embodiment, nervous system healing, creative expression, and all things wild. I teach others how to work and weave with energy, unlocking the ability to alchemize, transform, and create with clarity. My heart's intention with each being that I work with is to support them to embody, express, and radiate all that they are. For this world truly needs all of us to follow the courageous calls of our hearts.

" you cannot seek water
from the one
who drained your seas
and you cannot
build a home
for your worth
inside of another being.
the medicine is when
you return to yourself
where you will
remember your strength
reclaim your own rhythm
and write your new song."

The Threads of My Mission

I believe two things about this Life that underpin the way that I work, relate, create, and love. The first being that God is Love. The very fabric of this Existence is creative, is life-giving, and is unconditionally loving. The second is that all of Life is born with a design – a unique blueprint that is made to thrive. We can see this so clearly when we look at the miraculous qualities found in Nature. Just like the rose that knows when to bloom, just like the intelligence that weaves within the cycles and seasons of our earth, humans too, are born with an intelligent design. To remember this is to remember our true nature. To remember this is to remember that we are Nature.

I see healing as simple, natural, and inevitable. We don't need to shame and contort ourselves to heal, but rather we need to attune to the evolutionary rhythm that is interwoven into every lifeform. When we can bring our pain and our wounding into the presence of the heart, we allow ourselves to be transformed through the life-giving arms of Life itself.

The foundations of the work I do are: energy work, somatic work, and parts work. I assist people to learn the language of their bodies, access their inherent ability to move and work with energy, and return to the wild power that has always lived within them. The spaces I offer support you to heal trauma through your body, reclaim and resurrect lost parts of yourself, and align with your unique blueprint. Together, we weave through the inner-work to walk you home to embodied wholeness. My purpose here is to empower as many people as possible into their innate healing and creative capacities – offering the reminder that we each contain a miraculous intelligence that already knows the way home.

"The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door."
