About Sarah

My name is Sarah Kelly

Sarah is an energy healer, somatic practitioner, intuitive oracle, and artist. She is a poet, a mystic, a speaker, and a lover who is devoted to helping humanity remember their inherent sacredness.  Sarah's walk with the mystical began in 2015 when her spiritual awakening led her away from her path of becoming an RN and into the world of energy healing.​

Having experienced religious trauma as a child, Sarah was fractured in a way that she sees as a very collective, universal wound. Her traumas have inspired her to transform her understanding of God, diving her into connection with forgotten face of god, the Divine Mother.

Her work has been unearthed through the question, 'how did we get here?' Sarah's message is one of illuminating that the repression of the Feminine, (i.e. the domination of the earth, the oppression of the indigenous, and the forgetting of our ancient ways as intimately interwoven with nature + each other) is really a core wound of our world's current pains.

In a collective sense, Sarah feels her mission is to help reclaim what's been lost and restore what is sacred. We can understand the fracturing of the feminine as the disconection from earth, the ignoring of our bodies, the dissociation from out emotions, and the domination of the earth.

Sarah's work is devoted to walking with women as unwind shame and unworthiness and re-commune with divine and unique design. Through her embodied experience of the feminine spiritual path, Sarah mentors other women to heal their trauma, return to their bodies, and unlock their creative life force. 

Sarah supports, teaches, and guides from a place of embodied experience. While she has had significant training, education, and has devoted years to studying the healing arts, she has also unearthed the wisdom, gnosis, and connection to the mystery that comes from within.

Sarah's formal background is a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and an Associate's in Health Sciences. She is trained as a Reiki Master Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Body Temple Dance Facilitator, HeartMath Trauma Sensitive Practitioner, Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner, and is currently in training to become an Herbalist.
