Meet Sarah

Healing Through Reconnection to Ancient Feminine Wisdom 

Sarah is an intuitive healer, artist, and oracle. She walks the path of the Sacred Feminine – returning to the wisdom held deep within the body and deep within the Earth. 

"Treat it as sacred, and sacred it will be” is the mantra she aims to live by - bringing prayerful presence to all moments, and thus finding the sacred pulse of grace in even the most 'mundane' of experiences.

Sarah’s path to the healing arts came out of deep need and desperation. She spent many years feeling crushed by the weight of complex trauma that manifested as a sense of worthlessness and shut down. Her own path to liberation is the foundation that inspires her to share this work with others.

Sarah's work centers on women, as she sees the wounds of women as specific and directly connected to the wounds of the world. She sees the paradigms of domination, colonialism, and religious dogma as directly responsible for the fractures we have all experienced from Mother, from body, from heart, from emotion, from soul, and from expression.

These are the threads she is devoted to helping others unearth within themselves. She sees this resurrection and reclamation as the doorway to collective healing and liberation.

On a more grounded level, Sarah is an energy healer, somatic healer and educator, intuitive reader, Reiki Teacher, and Body Temple Dance Teacher. The fire in her heart is devoted to helping humanity remember... that we have always been worthy – and that we have a greater place and purpose upon this earth and within this vast cosmic dance. 

Sarah's walk with the mystical began in 2015 with her spiritual awakening; where she began to follow the breadcrumbs that would lead her away from the path of becoming an RN and into the world of energy healing. ​​Having experienced religious trauma as a child, Sarah has been deeply impacted by the dogma of organized religion.

Her traumas have inspired her to transform her understanding of god, bringing her into study of ancient cultures and into reconnection with forgotten face of god, the Divine Mother. It is one of her deepest passions to echo the remembrance that ultimately god is the source of love that lives within all of life.

​​In a collective sense, Sarah feels her mission is to help reclaim what's been lost and restore the sacredness that has been desecrated.  In essence, Sarah's work is devoted to walking with women as they unwind shame and unworthiness and re-commune with their divine and unique design.

Through her embodied experience of the feminine spiritual path, Sarah mentors other women as they return to their bodies, remember their natural rhythms, and unearth the worlds that wait to be birthed from within them.

Sarah supports, teaches, and guides from a place of embodied experience. All of her training and education within the healing arts serve as a sacred foundation for her mentorship, yet much of her teachings come from her own intuitive connection. As within, so without – she believes deeply that there is a wellspring of wisdom within each of us, simply waiting to be remembered.

Sarah's formal background includes a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing with a Mental Health Focus, an Associate's Degree in Health Sciences, a Certified Reiki Master Therapist, a Certified Reiki Master Teacher, a Certified HeartMath™ Trauma Sensitive Practitioner, a Certified Advanced ThetaHealing™ Practitioner, soon to be a Certified Body Temple Dance Teacher, and is in training to become an Herbalist.​
