Straight to the Heart 
is an energy healing practice that is devoted to guiding people home to heart, to body, and to soul. The mission of this practice is to nurture self-belonging, inner union, and the return to wholeness. This vision is expressed through Sarah's 1:1 healing containers, intimate group experiences, and artistic offerings such as writing, podcasts, and other modalities of expression.
