Energy healing is a deeply intuitive process — an invitation for your body, mind, and spirit to gently realign. These sessions offer you a space to breathe, soften, and receive. We work with your energetic system to release patterns, emotional residue, inherited imprints, and energetic clutter that may be clouding your sense of clarity, purpose, or self.

This work is subtle yet powerful. You may not always have words for what’s shifting — but you’ll feel the difference:

Monthly Memberships:

These monthly healing spaces are here to support you as a grounded companion and consistent infusion of support. The memberships begin with a 3 month commitment after which you can cancel anytime.

- Renewal Membership (1 session/month): $175/session

- Radiant Membership (2 sessions/month): $165/session

8 Week Container:

The eight-week healing experience is personalized to you and your healing intentions. This container allows the life-force to work more deeply through your chakras, meridians, and field, thus allowing significant potential for deeper transformation.

A note from Sarah on her lineage, training, and self-sourced practice –

I am a certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, trained in the traditional Japanese lineage of hands-on energy healing that honors universal life force energy, intention, and channeling for the highest good. This foundation grounds my work in clarity, ethics, and integrity — it’s the root system of how I formally learned to hold and move energy.

But over the years, my practice has deepened beyond Reiki alone.

Through years of devoted study, self-healing, ancestral connection, and ceremonial work, I’ve developed my own intuitive and ceremonial expression of energy healing. This path has been shaped by earth-honoring practices, somatic wisdom, ritual, and a deep relationship with Spirit — creating a healing space that is both structured and fluid, reverent and instinctual.

What you receive in a session is not solely Reiki — but a weaving of elemental wisdom, intuitive energy work, ceremonial intention, and the presence of your guides and guardians. Each session becomes a sacred space for remembrance, healing, and realignment — unique to you and what your spirit is ready to receive.
